Microsoft Confirms Acquisition Of Adallom

Palo Alto- and Tel Aviv-based Adallom, which develops cloud cybersecurity software, has become part of Microsoft, Microsoft said this morning. Microsoft said that Adallom will become part of its Office 365 and Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS) products. The deal is reportedly worth approximately $320M, and had been leaked in July to Israeli media. Adallom was founded by Assaf Rappaport, Ami Luttwak and Roy Reznik.
