Adallom Acquired By Microsoft

Palo Alto- and Tel Aviv-based Adallom, a developer of cloud-based security software, has been acquired by Microsoft, according to reports Monday. The deal, first reported by Israeli media, is reportedly worth around $320M. Adallom develops software for securing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) deployments.
