MiNDERA Gets $1M For Skin Cancer Diagnostics
South San Francisco-based MiNDERA, a startup that it developing a non-invasive, molecular diagnostics test for dermatology and skin-related cancers, has raised $1M in a seed funding round. The funding came from Scientific Health Development and individuals. The company is developing micro-needle technology which is used to sample suspicious skin growths, without requiring a painful- and invasive skin biopsy. The company is led by Phillipe Nore.
