Mobixell Acquires Adamind's Assets

Palo Alto-based Mobixell Networks said Wednesday afternoon that it completed its acquisition of the key assets of Adamind Ltd., a provider of software for the mobile messaging market. The previously announced deal was worth $5.5M. The deal includes Adamind's intellectual property, software products, as well as contracts with customers and suppliers. Mobixell also said it is looking to engage the majority of Adamind's employees and contractors.
