NEA Promotes Partner

Menlo Park-based venture capital firm New Enterprise Associates said this morning that it has promoted Mohamad Makhzoumi to Partner. Makhzoumi has been at the firm since 2005, and focuses on healthcare services and information technology investments at the firm. Makhzoumi has previously served at Summit Partners, and UBS Investment Bank. Makhzoumi sits on the boards of American Pathology Partners, Elements Behavioral Health, Nova Medical Centers, SCI Solutions and Simplex Healthcare.
