NetSuite Buys QuickArrow

San Mateo-based NetSuite said late Wednesday that it has acquired QuickArrow, a developer of cloud computing software. NetSuite said it will pay $20M in cash for QuickArrow, which is based in Austin, and will integrate QuickArrow's products into its NetSuite OpenAir business. The company said it does not currently expect that this transaction will have a material impact on its results of operations in 2009.
