Nixle Acquired By Everbridge

San Francisco-based Nixle, which provides emergency notification and communications for the public safety and government sector, has been acquired by fellow communications provider Everbridge. Financial details of the asset purchase were not announced. Everbridge also said it has acquired the team behind Nixle. Both companies provide emergency communications to local communities, law enforcement, public safety, and other agencies.
