OnFarm Systems Acquired By SWIIM

Fresno, California-based OnFarm Systems, a provider of software and analytics tools for farmers, using the Internet-of-Things, has been acquired by Denver, Colorado-based SWIIM. SWIIM develops agtech and farm water management technology. Financial details of the buy were not announced. SWIIM said that OnFarm's founder and CEO, Lance Donny, will become Chief Operating Officer at the company. The companies said that OnFarm will continue to maintain its primary offices in Fresno, CA.
