Altia Systems Acquired By GN Audio

Cupertino-based Altia Systems, a developer of high resolution, multi-camera communications and conferencing systems, has been acquired by GN Audio, a developer of audio products for the call center market. According to the companies, GN Audio paid $125M for Altia Systems. GN Audio said the acquisition will help it expand into integrated audio and video communications solutions. Altia Systems was backed by Intel Capital.
