Oracle Buys Datalogix

Redwood Shores-based Oracle is extending out its digital marketing products with the acquisition of Datalogix, the company said today. Datalogix offers up products which help link offline purchases by consumers to the cross channel, digital marketing efforts of companies. DataLogix was venture backed by Breyer Capital, Costanoa Venture Capital, General Catalyst Partners, Institutional Venture Partners, Sequel Venture Partners, and Wellington Capital Management, and was based in Westminster, Colorado.
