Pierry Software Acquires C.TRAC

Redwood City-based Pierry Software, a provider of marketing software integration and consulting, said it has acquired C.TRAC, an interactive agency specializing in digital and direct mail marketing, database management, and related support services. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. C.TRAC was based in Cleveland, Ohio. Pierry Software is led by Josh Pieery.
