Polimetrix Acquired By YouGov

London, UK-based YouGov, a professional market research agency, said earlier this week that it has acquired Polimetrix, a Palo Alto-based provider of technology for polling and measurement. YouGov also announced the acquisition of Zapera, a Nordic firm also operating in the market research arena. YouGov said that Polimetrix has a panel of approximately 1,000,000 people in the US and Canada, and had revenues of roughly $2.2M US last year. YouGov owned 32% of Polimetrix before the acquisition.
