Propelics Acquired By Anexinet

San Jose-based Propelics, a developer of mobile apps for the enterprise, has been acquired by Philadephia-based Anexinet Corporation, the two said on Wednesday. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Propelics was founded in 2011, and was led by co-founder and Partner Adam Bookman. Anexinet said the acquisition will help it "accelerate its digital capabilities." Anexinet is owned by private equity investor Marlin Equity Partners. More information »
