Roamware Buys Company In Uruguay

Cupertino-based Roamware, a provider of mobile roaming services for mobile operators, said Monday that it has acquired IPcom S.A., a provider of mobile value added services solutions from Uruguay. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Roamware said that IPcom provides BSS/OSS, roaming, messaging, and other location based services to mobile operators in Latin America.
