Mobileum Acquired By Private Equity Investor Audax

Santa Clara-based Mobileum, which develops software for creating telecom analytics applications, has been acquired by private equity investor Audax Private Equity. The deal was announced last week. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Mobileum was formerly known as Roamware, and was founded in 2001.
