Schwab Buys Compliance11

San Francisco-based Charles Schwab Corporation said Thursday that it has completed its acquisitoin of compliance software, Compliance11, Inc.. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Schwab originally announced the acquisition of Compliance11 las tmonth. Schwab said the buy will allow it to expand the compliance monitoring and reporting tools it offers to corporate clients. Complianec11 was based in Chicago.
