Silicon Turnkey Solutions Buys Wyle's Santa Clara Test Operations

Milpitas-based Silicon Turnkey Solutions (STS) has acquire the Santa Clara test operations of Wyle, Wyle said Friday. Details and terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Wyle's Santa Clara test operations provide testing services for the aerospace, military and commercial electronic industries.
