Softagon Acquired By Texas Firm

San Francisco-based Softagon Corporation, a developer of software for hedge funds, investment management firms, and other companies, has been acquired by Pariveda Solutions. Financial details of the deal were not announced. Pariveda is a Dallas, Texas-based provider of consulting services and technical expertise.
