Shutterfly Sets IPO Pricing

Redwood City-based Shutterfly has set the terms of its IPO, saying that it expects its estimated initial public offering price between $13.00 and $15.00 per share. Shutterfly is looking to raise up to $100M on the Nasdaq under the symbol SFLY. Shutterfly provides online photo processing and other photo-related services. The IPO is being underwritten by JPMorgan, Piper Jaffray, and Jeffries & Company.
