Atrenta Raises $16M

San Jose-base Atrenta has raised $16M in a Series D round of funding, the firm announced today. The funding was led by Investor Growth Capital, and also included new investors Samsung Ventures and Hercules Technology Growth Capital, Inc. Existing investors Venrock Associates, TL Ventures, Smart Technology Ventures, Investcorp Technology Ventures and Finaventures also participated. Atrenta develops design analysis solutions for the EDA industry, specifically in the systems-on-a-chip (SOC) design area. More information »
