Home Director Acquires Novus Technologies

Campbell-based Home Director, a provider of control products for the home automation market, said today it has acquired Novus Technologies, a manufacturer of wiring enclosures for CLECs and others. Novus Technologies builds termination modules and enclosures for the cable TV, telecommunications, and fiber-to-the-home markets. Home Director is a provider of home automation anad control products.
