Home Director Acquires Dedicated Devices

Campbell-based Home Director said Thursday afternoon that it has agreed to acquire Boise, Idaho-based Dedicated Devices, a manufacturer of home media systems. Home Director, which is developing control and infrastructure products for the home electronics market, did not disclose financial terms of the deal. Home Director will use the acquisition to extend the firm's product line.
