TutorVista Raises $10.75M In Series B

San Francisco-based TutorVista said today that it has raised $10.75M in a second round of funding, led by Lightspeed Venture Partners. The round also included investments from Sequoia Capital India and Silicon Valley Bank. TutorVista operates an online tutoring and test preparation service that connects students in the United States and United Kingdom with tutors based in India.
