JDSU Buys Casabyte

Milpitas-based JDSU said today that it is in an agreement to purchase Casabyte, a provider of service quality monitoring for the mobile market. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Casabyte will become part of JDSU's COmmunications Test and Measurement division. Casabyte's products are used for quality of service test measurement.
