Cisco Completes Tivella Acquisition

San Jose-based Cisco said today that it has completed its acquisition of Half Moon Bay-based Tivella. Cisco had announced the acquisition of Tivella, a maker of digital signage software and systems in December. Financial terms have not been disclosed in the deal. Tivella is now part of Cisco's Emerging Markets Technology Group.
