Cisco Completes BNI Video Acquisition

San Jose-based Cisco said Monday evening that it has completed its acquisition of BNI Video, the Massachuseets-based provider of video infrastructure and content delivery network analytics products. Cisco had earlier said it would pay $99M in cash for BNI Video. The deal had originally been announced on October 20th. Cisco said BNI's employees join its Service Provider Video Technology Group.
