Xradia Gets $4M In Series D

Concord, California-based Xradia has received $4M in a Series D investment, according to investor Harris & Harris Group. Xradia designs ultra high resolution x-ray microscopes and fluorescence imaging systems used for semiconductor IC and other nanoscale imaging. Harris & Harris said that Alexei A. Andreev of the firm will join Xradia's board as part of the investment. More information »
