LumaSense Technologies Acquires Mikron Infrared

Santa Clara-based LumaSense, which develops sensor instrumentation for the utility, industrial, medical, semiconductor and other industries, said Friday that it is acquiring Mikron Infrared, a maker of thermal sensors. the deal is worth approximately $65M. LumaSense is backed by Oak Investment Partners.
