GO Networks Acquisition Finalized

The acquisition of Mountain View and Tel Aviv-based GO Networks by Nextwave Wireless has been completed, according to NextWave. The deal for GO was worth $13.3M in cash plus up to $25.7M in earnout. GO Networks was backed by Accel Partners, Apax Partners, and Pitango Venture Capital.
