Benchmark Capital Adds General Partner

Menlo Park-based Benchmark Capital has added a new General Partner, the firm said today, hiring former JAMDAT Mobile CEO Mitch Lasky to the position. Laskly led JAMDAT's IPO in 2004 and sale to Electronic Arts in 2005 has also served as an EVP at Electronic Arts. Lasky will focus on mobile content and platforms, next-generation interactive entertainment, and digital privacy and identity. Benchmark was a major investor in JAMDAT. More information »
