ILOG Completes LogicTools Acquisition

ILOG, a software provider dual headquartered in Mountain View and Paris, France, said today that it has completed its acquisition of Chicago-bsaed LogicTools. LogicTools is a proivder of supply chain planning applications. According to ILOG, the transaction was completed entirely in cash, rather than the combination of cash and stock the firm previously reported. The deal was worth approximately $15M.
