Lithium Technologies Lands $9M

Emeryville-based Lithium Technologies, a provider of hosted software for creating online communities, forums, and social networking sites, said today that it has raised $9M in Series A funding. The funding was led by Shasta Ventures and Emergence Capital Partners. Ravi Mohan of Shasta and Gordon Ritter of Emergence have joined the firm's board as part of the funding. More information »
