Lithium Technologies Acquired By Vista Equity Partners

San Francisco-based Lithium Technologies, which develops cloud-based social media management and community software, has been acquired by private equity investor Vista Equity Partners. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Lithium Technologies was backed by New Enterprise Associates, SAP Ventures, Benchmark Capital, DAG Ventures, Emergence Capital, Greenspring Associates, Shasta Ventures and Tenaya Capital, as well as others.
