Eventbrite Finds $6.46M

San Francisco-based Eventbrite, an online event and ticket management web site, has raised $6.46M, according to a regulatory filing today by the firm . According to reports, the funding comes from Sequoia Capital. The filing indicates the funding included both equity and debt. More information »
