InMage Adds $10M
Santa Clara-based InMage Systems, a developer of storage software used for business continuity and disaster recovery, said Monday that it has raised $10M in a Series B funding. The round came from Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, and also included Kumar Malavalli, the firm's Chairman and Chief Strategy Officer. InMage Systems develops continuous data protection (CDP) software used for backup and disaster recovery between storage systems. Malavalli is one of the co-founders of storage area network switch firm Brocade. The firm previously raised $7.3M in a Series A round from Hummer Winblad in September of 2004. More information »
