Serus Gets $8M
Mountain View-based Serus said Tuesday that it has closed $8M in a Series C funding. Serus, which develops software for managing supply chains, said that the round brings the company's total raise to $13.8M. The funding round was led by OVP Venture Partners, and also included Diamondhead Ventures, Zap Ventures, Prabhu Goel, Naren Gupta and BB Patel. Mark Ashida of OVP will join the firm's board as part of the funding. Gerald Langeler of OVP will serve as a board observer. Serus serves the semiconductor industry, and said that it counts AMD, Spansion and Solectron as customers. More information »
