Yahoo Completes Right Media Buy

San Jose-based Yahoo said Thursday that it has completed its acquisition of Right Media. The deal was worth $650M. Michael Walrath, CEO and founder of Right Media, will become Senior Vice President of Right Media Exchange, and report to Yahoo's President, Susan Decker. Yahoo previously owned 20 percent of Right Media, which was backed by Redpoint Ventures.
