Mark Logic Raises $15M

San Mateo-based Mark Logic Corporation, a firm developing XML content processing software, said this week that it has raised $15M in a third round of financing. The round was led by the company's existing investors, Sequoia Capital and Lehman Brothers. Mark Logic said that the funding will go towards expanding its presence in its strategic markets, and fueling new growth initiatives.
