Internet Archive To Archive NASA Photos, Videos

San Francisco-based Internet Archive, the nonprofit which archives old web page information, and NASA, said Thursday that the two are in a partnership to scan, archive, and manage NASA's collection of photographs, historic film, and video. The two said that the imagery from NASA will be available through the Internet for free to the public. The groups said that the five-year agreement calls for Internet Archive to digitize, host, and manage imagery produced by NASA, including still, moving, and computer-generated imagery.
