Offermatica Acquired By Omniture For $65M

San Francisco-based Offermatica has been acquired by web analytics provider Omniture, Omniture said this morning. Omniture said that it wil pay $35M in stock plus $30M in cash for Offermatica, which provides A/B testing for web sites. Omniture will also hire 70 of Offermatica's personnel as part of the acquisition. Offermatica's products are used by web marketers and web designers to test multiple versions of their web sites. Offermatica is venture backed by Baker Capital.
