CloudShield Lands $15M, Inks Strategic Partnership With Tektronix

Sunnyvale-based Cloudshield, which develops network management products and hardware, announced this morning that it has raised $15M in a funding round from Tektronix, along with its existing investors ComVentures, TPG Growth, Foundation Capital, and Paladin Capital. The funding comes in conjunction with a strategic partnership with Tektronix. According to Cloudshield the companies will jointly offer service and control security technology from Cloudshield along with Tektronix solutions. Cloudshield's deep packet inspection hardware is used to monitor network traffic. More information »
