Apple Appoints New General Counsel
Cupertino-based Apple said today that it has named Daniel Cooperman as SVP, General Counsel, and Secretary of the firm. Cooper joins the firm from Oracle, where he held the same title. Donald J. Rosenberg, Apple's current General Counsel, is leaving the firm. Apple did not say where Rosenberg is headed. Cooperman has also served at McCutchen, Doyle, Brown & Enersen (now known as Bingham McCutchen).
