Frappr Acquired By Platial

San Francisco-based Frappr, an firm which runs an online service that allows people to create their own, interactive AJAX maps, has been acquired by Platial, a Portland, Oregon startup. Financial terms have not been disclosed. Platial is venture funded by KeyNote Ventures, Kleiner Perkins, Caufield & Byers, Omidyar Network, Ram Shriram, Ron Conway and others.
