Apache Design Solutions Buys Optimal Corporation

Mountain View-based Apache Design Solutions said Monday that it has agreed to acquire Optimal Corporation, a provider of power, signal, and thermal analysis software for electronics board designs. Financial terms of the deal wre not disclosed. Apache Design Solution is a developer of software used for signal analysis in electronic circuits.
