Apache Design Solutions Files For IPO

San Jose-based Apache Design Solutions, a developer of power analysis and optimization software for designing integrated circuits, has filed for a $75.0M IPO. The IPO is being underwritten by Deutsche Bank Securities, Needham & Company, Canaccord Genuity, ThinkEquity, and D.A. Davidson & Co. Apache Design Solutions is backed by Intel Capital. The firm reported net income of $3.3M on revenues of $44.0M for the year ended December 31, 2010.
