Omnicell Acquires Rioux Vision

Mountain View-based Omnicell said today that it has agreed to acquire Rioux Vision, in a deal worth $26M. Omnicell is a provider of systems for actue healthcare facilities; Rioux Vision, based in Elgin, S.C., develops mobile cart technologys for the point-of-care healthcare market. Rioux Vision's systems provide patient records and record keeping for nurses.
