Omnicell Completes Surgichem Buy

Mountain View-based Omnicell said this morning that it has completed its acquisition of Surgichem Limited, which is a subsidiary of Bupa Care Homes (CFG) plc. Financial details of the buy were not announced. Omnicell is a provider of medication and supply management systems for the healthcare systems market. Omnicell said it will integrate Surgichem with its existing, UK business, MTS Medication Technologies.
