Zazzle Acquires GoodStorm.com

Redwood City-based Zazzle said last night that it has acquired GoodStorm.com, a San Francisco-based online community focused on social causes and non-profits. Financial terms were not disclosed. According to Zazzle, the asset acquisition deal for Social Cafe--which owned GoodStorm.com--also includes GoodStorm founder Yobie Benjamin and co-founder Andy Rappaport. Bengmain will become Senior Vice President of Business Development for Zazzle, Rappaport joins the firm's board as an advisor. Zazzle operates a web site which allows consumers to order personalized products such as T-shirts, mugs, and other products.
