Magma Buys Sabio Labs

San Jose-based Magma Design Automation said earlier this week that it has acquired Mountain View-based Sabio Labs. Sabio is a provider of analog IP process migration technology used for analog and mixed-signal semiconductor design. Financial terms of the acquisition was not disclosed.
