Cogent Wireless Raises Seed Round

Milpitas-based Cogent Wireless SOlutions has raised a seed round of funding, plus $510,000 in debt, according to angel investment group Keiretsu Forum. The Keiretsu Forum said that its members from three Northern California chapters participated in the funding round. Cogent Wireless Solutions develops products used for improving mobile phone coverage. The Keiretsu Forum lead on the deal was Mohammad Aboobaker. More information »
